Single-tier — clearly delineated.
The retainer price isn’t an anchor for a „you actually need a bigger package" conversation in the first call. So you know up front where the line sits: what fits inside €2,000/month, and where we talk about extensions.
Where the line is unclear: we say it clearly in the first call — no „we’ll figure it out later". Extensions are on-top and transparent up front — no shackles, no automatic-upscale clauses.
Substance before signature.
We publish every contract document before you talk to us. Your DPO, CFO, procurement or IT lead should be able to verify whether this works for you — before you book a call, not after.
Single-tier pricing
€2,000 per month (or €21,600/year) for the entire scope of work. No hidden setup fees, no tiers, no upsells.
Cancellable monthly
On the monthly plan, cancel anytime to the end of the month. No automatic renewal lock-in. The annual plan ends after 12 months.
Human final review as SLA
Every output is reviewed by a human on our team. The sign-off block names the reviewer, the models used, and the risk class — contractually guaranteed. Request reaction < 1 business day, specialist review +1 day, portal uptime 99.5%, correction window on errors < 1 business day.
EU hosting option
Per use case, mandates can route through EU cloud (Hetzner, IONOS) or on-prem. The hosting class is documented in the Mandant-Memory.
Output IP stays with you
All results from the mandate belong to you. We retain no exploitation rights. Anonymised pattern-bridge is opt-out (AVV Annex B).
Exit + data return
At contract end you get all Mandant-Memory contents back in a usable format. Deletion with confirmation within 30 days, excluding backups per retention policy.
DPA per Art. 28 GDPR
Full data processing agreement with TOM annex, sub-processor list and Schrems-II transfer impact assessment. Available before the first call.
EU-AI-Act classification
Per-use-case classification under EU-AI-Act Annex III, documented per output. Risk class is mappable — no proprietary scale without anchor.
Sub-processors transparent
8 sub-processors publicly listed (Anthropic, OpenAI, Hostinger, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Hetzner, Aleph Alpha). Changes announced 30 days in advance with right of objection.
Co-determination built in
If your works council needs to be involved — we provide works-council-agreement templates and join the council meeting on request. No employee tracking mechanisms.
Owner-managed, no PE
Noorder partners GmbH is owner-managed. Sole shareholder: Martin Zielinski. No private equity, VC funds or strategic corporate stakes. No exit pressure that swaps the vendor every three years.
Accounting: ongoing expense
Cancellable monthly service retainer without setup fee — booked as ongoing expense (OpEx), not capitalisable. Auditor-friendly, no impairment discussions.
